Insurance Account Manager – Sales-Focused Opportunity

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full training and licensing support provided by our agency.
What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business – Proactively market and sell insurance products to warm and cold leads.
  • Maximize Client Value – Identify coverage needs and recommend solutions that increase protection and agency revenue.
  • Build Relationships – Develop long-term client loyalty through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Support Policy Management – Assist with applications, renewals, and policy updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate to Win – Contribute to agency strategies and help meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sales-first mindset with a proven ability—or strong desire—to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, or related fields preferred.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain with agency support.
