"Please note I was informed when I called and I have the pleasure of Melissa, which was very gracious and giving me her time and effort to deal with the issues that we’ve been having on my account. I’m grateful and thankful for Melissa and being so astute and her kindness Are very good with informing me of everything. "I've been with state farm (William Thomson Jr.) Office for more than 8 years give or take three or four cars and they have always done right by me. They are extremely RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I recommend them to my uncle and friends. THEY ARE A 1 IN MY WORLD, and they don't just do car insurance either.This is just two of my current cars i have insured with State Farm. I also have a 2019 impala, home owners insurance and life insurance for my family and they are extremely helpful with everything. THEY ARE MY SECOND FAMILY.2020 kia sorrento EX State Farm is my go to.its been about 14 years with them total. The staff is outstanding and always there to help!!! 10 out 10 would recommend!!!
