"I'm usually an unpleasant person to deal with, and the people here at this location are skilled in dealing with my usual attitude problem. They great at figuring out what the problem is, how it was caused and how to fix it. They take care of me no matter how moody or difficult I am. Janet always calls me back when she says she will, or sends me an email at the very least. I'm real big on people being honest and keeping their word, they do that here. Good place, honest people."

"I called the Warrington office today and spoke with Pam, who has helped me MANY times in the past. My issue was my premium amount, which had gone up quite a bit. After a little math, and asking me what I was comfortable with, coverage wise on my home owners, Pam was able to get my premium down to just about what I've been paying. She couldn't have been more pleasant, accommodating, and just plain helpful from beginning to end. There's an office right in Chalfont where I live, but the folks in Warrington take such good care of me, I've never thought about switching over."
