Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Account Representative who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role is built for someone who enjoys prospecting, uncovering needs, and confidently closing business while delivering a strong customer experience.

Licensing Requirements
This is a fully licensed position.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting • Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided
Prior sales experience is required. State Farm or insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.
Role Overview
As an Account Representative, you will drive agency growth by actively selling insurance products, handling inbound opportunities with urgency, and creating new business through outbound efforts. You will build relationships, conduct needs-based conversations, and confidently ask for the sale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new business through calls, referrals, follow-up, and outreach
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities
  • Convert inbound inquiries into bound policies through strong sales execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline tracking
  • Deliver professional, responsive service while keeping a strong sales focus
