Will Thomson State Farm is seeking a driven, sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on prospecting, generating new business, and turning opportunities into closed policies. This role is built for producers who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based income.

Licensing Requirements
This is a fully licensed position.
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start • Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting • Full licensing support and guidance are provided throughout the process
Candidates must have prior sales experience.State Farm or insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.
What You’ll Do
  • Proactively prospect through outbound calls, referrals, internet leads, and community outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life policies
  • Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound business
  • Track daily activity, pipeline movement, and production results
  • Collaborate with the team while maintaining a strong individual production focus

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
