We’re looking for an experienced Life & Health Insurance Specialist who’s skilled in sales, motivated by growth, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll tap into a high-potential client base, provide expert guidance, and deliver peace of mind through comprehensive protection plans.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to match customers with life and health insurance products
- Present and explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs in a clear, compelling way
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term financial goals
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims support, and ongoing service
- Stay up to date on evolving products, carriers, and compliance requirements
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to agency growth
Who You Are
- A results-oriented, self-starter with a proven track record in insurance or financial services
- Skilled in building rapport, presenting complex solutions, and closing sales
- Driven by personal growth, income opportunity, and helping others
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance (required)
- FINRA Series 6 and/or 63 is a strong plus, but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient with agency software and CRM tools

Licensing Requirement A current Life & Health Insurance license is required for this position. Candidates with FINRA Series 6 and/or 63 licenses are highly preferred.
